Pro civibus Eboraci.—Cum rex de gracia sua speciali concesscrit majori ballivis et civibus Lincoln' muragium capiendum in villa Lincoln' de rebus venalibus ibidem venientibus ad emendacionem murorum ejusdem ville usque ad certum terminum tantum et non in feodo, et ipsi cives contra inhibicionem regis pluries distrinxerint cives Eboraci ad contribuendum muragio predicto, ac rex eisdem civibus similiter concesserit hujusmodi muragium capiendum in villa Eboraci de rebus venalibus ibidem venientibus ad emendacionem murorum ville Eboraci usque ad certum terminum tantum et non in feodo; rex pro communi tranquillitate utriusque civitatis hinc inde observanda vult et de consilio magnatum qui sunt de consilio suo providit quod predicti cives Eboraci quieti sint in villa Lincoln' de muragio ejusdem ville et ipsi cives Lincoln' similiter sint quieti de muragio ville Eboraci durantibus terminis predictis. Et mandatum est predictis civibus Lincoln' quod predictos cives Eboraci de predicto muragio ville Lincoln' quietos esse permittant, restituentes predictis civibus Eboraci denarios, vadia et alia que occasione dicti muragii a tempore quo rex illud predictis civibus Linc' concessit ab predictis civibus Lincoln' (sic) ceperunt, rex enim injunxit prefatis civibus Eboraci quod predictos cives Lincoln' de muragio ville Eboraci ibidem quietos esse vice versa permittant. Et denarios et vadia et alia, si que a predictis civibus Lincoln' occasione dicti muragii postquam rex illud predictis civibus Eboraci concessit ceperint, sine dilacione restituant. Et mandatum est eisdem majori. ballivis et civibus Lincoln' quod taliter se habeant in hac parte quod pro defectu eorum iterata querela ad regem inde non perveniat, pro quo rex ad predictos cives Lincoln' et sua capere cogatur.
