1 Sep. 1375 Limerick
The K.'s beloved mayor, bailiffs and commonalty of his city of Limerick.
The mayor, bailiffs and community of the city of Limerick petitioned that two grants were made to them in 45 Edw. III and 46 Edw. III of the farm and customs of the city to repair and fortify it, and the said customs and farm were faithfully expended by them on the city's repair and fortification. GRANT, by the advice of William Windsor, governor, and the K.'s council, to them of the said farm and the customs of the cocket, and all other customs on merchandise within the port and liberty of that city for a term of three years following the end of the last term granted to them. They are to be totally exonerated from rendering any account at the K.'s Ex. both for the existing term and for the term now granted, provided that they make their account before auditors appointed by the K. to audit the said account in due form at the said city for the said terms.

Comments
until 1370 - after which grants become more or less continuous (CPI 71, 74, 88). They involve grants of a custom known as 'cocket' (Thomas)
Edward III., in the forty-fifth, forth-sixth, and forty-ninth years of his reign, made temporary grants to the mayor, bailiffs, and commonalty, of the customs of the cocket, and other customs of merchandise due to the crown, to be expended on the reparation and fortification of the city. The last of these grants, 1st September, 49 Edw. III. (1375) is for three years and is enrolled. (Rot. Pat. 49 Edw. III. m. 18.f.) (MCI)
It's not entirely clear if this PARDON is the same as the GRANT mentioned in the patent of 49 Edw III although this seems likely.
