No other detail given, although the context might suggest a patent roll in Dublin. However there is nothing like this in CIRCLE. However the specific date does suggest Lenihan had seen something.
Seems to be a modest town at best, with no suggestion of actually being walled. Lenihan doesn't specific a defensive town wall. Was the grant for some modest, private wall not defensive?
