Carmarthen (Kermerdyn) petitioned for a grant of murage in {1327} {1324}.

Nature of request: The petitioners ask for murage in Carmarthen, because of the imminent danger that much of the town walls will fall into ruin.
Endorsement: {On face} It seems to the council that this is to be granted if it pleases the king.{On dorse} By one year.
