Whereas John Beauchamp of Poywyk, knight, is tenant and possessor of the town and manor of Alcestre, co. Warwick, and he and all his ancestors from time immemorial have always had there the following liberties:-

all the said tenant and residents shall be quit of toll, stallage, pontage, pavage, pondage, murage, quayage, cheminage in all places by land and water through all the realm of England and elsewhere in the king's dominions;
