burgesses of Rhuddlan (Rothelan) was granted an exemption from murage dated 8/9/1284.
Wording
Grant that the town of Rothelan shall be a free borough, in the same terms as the last charter {Conwy}, saving that the limits in the last clause are within the county of Flynt or between the rivers of Conway and Dee.
