Grant to the abbot and convent of St. Mary's Thornton, and the abbot and canons there of the following lands:-

Grant also to the said abbot and canons that they may enjoy all the liberties granted to the by King Henry II and King Richard, so far as they have used them hitherto; and that they shall be quit of murage and pavage, nor be bound to come to the sheriff's tourn or the king's view of frank-pledge, unless their presence be required for special plaints touching them.
