Inspeximus and confirmation, with clause licet, in favour of the burgesses of Devizes of letters patent dated at Westminster, 1220 February 5 Henry IV {Calendar of Patent Rolls, 1401-1405, p. 369}, inspecting and confirming a charter dated at Westminster, 6 February 4 Richard II. {CCharterR (1341-1417), p. 273.} With further grant that the burgesses shall be quit of murage and quayage through all the realm of England and elsewhere in the king's power. By K. and for 4l. paid in the hanaper.
