Wording
Grant, at the instance of Hamo, canon of Montesfont, to Edissa his mother that she shall not be tallaged and shall be quit of the murage of the town of Winchester for two years from the feast of SS. Fabian and Sebastian, 45 Henry III, unless the king cause his demesnes and boroughs throughout England to be tallaged.
