Pardon, with the assent of the council, to the bailiffs and burgesses of the town of Shrewsbury, in consideration of the great losses which they have sustained by the malice and invasion of the Welsh rebels, of 47l. which they are bound to pay to the king at the Purification next for the third part of the tenth and moiety of a tenth granted to the king in the last Parliament at Gloucester.
