Appointment of Simon de Burley, constable of Dover castle and warden of the Cinque Ports, or the person supplying his place to take in Kent and Sussex within the liberty of the Cinque Ports and elsewhere, except in the fee of the church, masons, carpenters and other artificers, workmen and labourers for fortifying and walling Sandwich, and to take carriage of stone and timber therefor.
