Grant to the mayor of Dover of murage for eight years by the survey of the customer in the port, so that the receipt of the money be under the control of the customer and that the mayor render an account yearly before John Stopyndon, keeper of the rolls of Chancery, and Geoffrey Louther, esquire, or certain other persons assigned hereto by the council.
Granted by Henry VI. (Regnal year 22). Granted at Westminster.
