Drogheda in Meath and Louth (Drocheda as well towards Meath as Uriel) was given a grant of murage dated 14/6/1234.

This was in the form of:-

Grant to the burgesses of Drocheda as well towards Meath as Uriel of murage for three years from Michaelmas, 18 Henry III, to be taken by view and testimony of two men whom the justiciary will appoint for this.
Mandate in pursuance to Maurice son of Gerold, justiciary of Ireland.

June 14. 2135. Grant for 3 years to the K.'s burgesses of Drogheda, both towards Meath and Uriel, that they may take customs to enable them to inclose their vill with walls, as follows :-
For every crannock of com and every crannock of flour, as well imported as exported, 1/4d.;
a hogshead of wine. 1d.;
a hogshead of honey, 2d.;
a weigh of wool. 1d.;
a dicker of hides, 1d.;
a dicker of stags, goats, and horses hides, 1/2d.;
large ships, 16d.;
bussards {bussardi} and smaller ships, 8d.;
English or foreign cloth, 1/2d.;
Irish cloth, 1/4d.;
a crannock of woad, 1/2d,;
a weigh of salt. 1d.;
a band of iron, 1/2d.;
a mease of herrings, 1/4d.;
a one-horse burden of other fish, 1/4d.;
oxen and horses, 1/2d.;
10 two-year old sheep, 1d.;
a hog and pig, 1/4d.;
100 boards, 1d.;
a weigh of cheese, suet, butter, and lard, 1/2d.;
the burgesses to pay the same customs for their wares and merchandise, and the customs to cease at the end of 3 years.
Mandate by letters close to Maurice Fitz Gerald, justiciary of Ireland, to allow these customs to be taken by view of two men whom he shall assign for the purpose. {Pat, 18 Hen. III., m. 10.}

Comments
I expect that, in fact, the letter to Maurice was closed but the grant to the burgesses was patent, as seems to be made clear in Sweetman.
murage was granted in 1234 to both towns and subsequently, jointly or individually, in 1240, 1243, 1278, 1295, 1296. (Thomas)
