April 3. Devizes.
Mandate to the bailiffs and good men of Southampton to apply the murage recently granted to them by the king to the repair of the castle under the supervision of the constable of the castle, as well as to the walling of the town; and to appoint two men of the town for their collection, who are to return an account of the receipts and disbursements to the king.
