Grant to the bailiffs and good men of Newcastle-on-Tyne of murage for seven years from Whitsunday, 8 Edward I.
Mandate to Henry le Scot and Geoffrey de Cattefeld, collectors of the said murage, not to intermeddle therein after the said Whitsunday, the king having demised the same at farm to Hugh de Merchinglee and the above Geoffrey for the said seven years.
Granted by Edward I. (Regnal year 8). Granted at [Westminster].
