Homines de Bruges habent litteras patentes de consuetudine capienda in villa de Bruges in auxilium ville sue claudende usque in tres annos a die Nativitatis Beati Johannis Baptiste anno regni domini regis viij, in forma que continetur in rotulo patentium de anno quarto pro eisdem burgensibus.
Teste H. etc. apud Bruges, xiij die Octobris, anno regni nostri vij.
