Mandatum est archiepiscopis, episcopis etc. de comitatu Devonie quod non opponant se concessioni quam dominus rex fecit de consuetudine capienda in civitate Exonie ad civitatem illam claudendam et firmandam, cum firmatio ilia in communem tam illorum quam aliorum de partibus illis securitatem cedet et munimen, et quod taliter se gerant ne dominus rex pro molesto sibi ab illis illato gravamine ad eos gravius capere compellatur.
