Grant to the bailiffs and good men of Gloucester of murage for three years from Whitsunday to be applied, by view and testimony of the abbot of St. Peter's, Gloucester, and the constable of the castle, on the works of the closing of the said town, and the monks and lay brethren of the Cistercian order, coming with goods and merchandise to the said town, shall not contribute to this.
