Sciatis quod, cum inter fidelem nostrum Johannem de Grelliaco, militem, senescallum Vasconie, pro nobis et nomine nostro, ex parte una, et consules et probos viros Grandis Castri, ac consules el probos viros Montis Clari ac eciam consules el piobos viros de Monte Fflankyno, et consules ac probos viros de Turnon, ex parle altera, super clausura murorum dictarum villarum de Grandi Castro , de Monte Claro, de Monte Fflankyno et de Turnon per predictos consules ac probos viros predictos facienda, el super portatlibus earumdem villarum propriis {Ms. vestris} sumptibus faciendis sub certis modo, forma el convencionibus, certa fuerit composicio, ut intelleximus, ordinata , ac carte de cartolario super premissis facte fuerint hinc et inde, nos predicte composicioni super premissis facte plenum et expressum prebemus assensum.
