Pro episcopo Bathoniensi.—Quia rex concessit J. Bathoniensi episcopo et successoribus suis et per cartam suam confirmavit quod ipsi et omnes homines sui et omnes homines de feodis suis sint inperpetuum quieti de operationibus castellorum, domorum, murorum, fossatorum et omnibus aliis operationibus, mandatum est hominibus Bristoll' quod occasione concessionis, quam rex eis fecit, quod caperent in auxilium ville sue firmande et claudende de navibus, carectis, summagiis denarium sive obolum sive quadrantem; nichil capiant de predicto episcopo vel hominibus suis vel de feodis, et si aliquid ceperint, sine dilatione reddant.
