This is a pretty comprehensive guide to the castles of Shropshire. The detail on individual sites is good, particularly for the minor sites, generally a bit better than Mike Salter's The Castles and Moated Mansions of Shropshire, however it is let down by it's very poor plans. It does have a few nice pictures.
